Diamond-Tooth Dragon

If Night Furies, Chromatic and Metallic dragons, and all other dragons are powerful, then there is one dragon that rises above them all. They come from any background, and from any breed or species of dragon. These are the Diamond-Tooths, so named for the vague shape of their canine fangs. Clad in black, tattoo-like markings and as white as the snow, these are the overseers and protectors of all other dragons no matter their faction or personality. They are nearly indestructible, with the only way to kill one being to pierce its heart from the inside. Diamond-Tooths are strong and noble, and are capable of great compassion and destruction. they can easily cleave a tank in half with one blow, and have strength that far surpasses what would be expected of creatures of their size. No two Diamond-Tooths look alike and all are highly intelligent. Legend says that if Dragonkind across all planes and universes is threatened as a whole, all Diamond-Tooths will rise up to defeat that which threatens their lesser kin.
Legend states the first seven breeds of Diamond-Tooth were the lesser, the greater, the pygmy, the volcanic, the polar, giant, and colossal. these breeds are the strongest and most pure among the Diamond-Tooths, and by interbreeding with every species of dragon they encountered, created a race of draconic guardians that have forever protected dragon kind's existence.

If Nightshade the Maginificent is my favorite creation, then this is his protector and a protector of all dragons in his world. This is a member of the Drake variety, or wingless dragons.
