Rise, my army!

If there is one creature out there even more evil than Delthyon and Sauros, you need look no farther than the oldest and foulest of the ancient enemy of dragons, the Lamias... Lord Hydrarchos. Hydrarchos was not their king, but he was the most powerful practitioner of dark magic that ever existed until Delthyon emerged eons later. Delthyon may have taken the art further, honed it until it was a perfect weapon, but it was Hydrarchos who forged it. 2 million years ago, Hydrarchos was defeated by the dragon Fossilius, the original Mindstone lich elder, and he fled as all the rest of his kin were driven into extinction. Now he waits, plots, and amasses his forces to carry out his revenge. Unlike all the rest of his extinct his kin, Hydrarchos has the ability to reassemble himself when torn or cut to pieces, and is the only known creature able to create the undead; a form of the most vile dark magic that is utilized using mind control. Undead, especially undead dinosaurs, make perfect soldiers; they are linked to his mind… they cannot feel pain... they are expendable… what he knows, they know… what they see and hear, he sees and hears. And when the legions of the undead are assembled, the world will burn in vengeance for all that Hydrarchos has lost.
